HELP NGC HD Dolby audio feed

Hi,

I witnessed a strange thing while watching NGC HD channel. The audio feed is set to Dolby digital.

Audio works fine if it is a featured show. Otherwise there is no sound for commercials in between a show.

This happened between 12 to 12-30PM.

Although, this could be a technical issue from the channel's end. But can anyone concur it for me? just to be sure.

There is no such issues in Tatasky . have u checked in 3D Channel ?

It is happening right now too as I am watching. Can you check the same on TataSky or any other provider?

Audio part is missing only when the commercials are on for Dolby.

Mine is also in DD and no such issues right now in my TS HD

R U getting correct audio in NGC 3D?

U can try by changing the Audio from DD to PCM or available other options.

Audio is fine on the 3D channel. No issues there.

And the audio functions correctly when tuned to PCM, but has this strange case with Dolby.
So made an observation, and wanted to check if people on d2h are facing this.

I think while the Audio tuned to DD every thing is right in original DD content and issues if the original conetnt is not in DD like ads . so it may be from D2H side itself.

My initial thoughts were same, that maybe the ads running on that channel were not in DD originally. So made me think it was NGC's issue.
But now you've said it is fine on Tata Sky, it should be D2h looking into this issue then.

Sorry, I am just rehashing an old post, but I am curious to know even today no body has said or done anything about this. Audio is still mussing from the non-featured videos. Is this also in the 2222 DTH?
