If we Recharge after some days of deactivation, no processing fee should be charged & that's welcome move

If we Recharge after 4 to 5 days of connection deactivation, Rs.25 processing fee will be charged definitely
Its not good move
All other DTH surrendered processing fee
& Dishtv kept conditions on it

If you Recharge even after so many days or months from deactivation date

Those who does not want to Recharge, not Recharges it
Those who want to watch will Recharge
So processing fee should be eliminated permanently unlike keep in such conditions
