Now no problem but after v polarity need to change and that's why ts broadcast on v polarity for whole day to know that customer . if they sudden activate v polarity then its impossible to handheld lakh of request in one day. Its well plan to know how many customer facing blackout on gsat 10 . now fixing that . ts is always well planner

So Tata Sky already knows that which people are facing Blackouts and which are not ?

Yes technically its well known that exact adjustment is needed to get v and h polarity but ts don't know exact figure of customers that how many will face this issue and now they received that requests
