Not even a call after paying for whole year subsription

I thought the Videcon service would be better than other DTH provider but i think i was mistaken in that regards. I have booked new connection 48hrs back through online with the platinum HD pack with full amount but even today i have not received a call informing about the installation. Is this issue is faced with all the people or it was my mistake by applying through online. Repeated call to call center didnt got any answer when the connection will get installed. Horrible experience

Place a complaint on their twitter handle.They will contact you immediately for fear of getting bad publicity.

So, it's of no use sending to that CEO ID. Instead sent mail to their customer care ID and if higher authority email I'd is required , contact me in PC.
