They have to really work hard on the Hardware and Software part. They must understand that only channels and pricing is not enough to keep the customers.

Better hardware, software and Value Added Services are also important things which needs to be considered for keeping the customers attached.

I am using both. Software and the recording facility is not dat easy.

Recording is easy but the current DVR is having lots of bugs, so you are finding it difficult to use.

Sometimes it doesn't records the scheduled ones. Sometimes reminder pops out instead of recording..
