May be no one is willing to take the HD feed, as a last option Indiacast approached dish for this.

I think dishtv already tested Angel TV HD during initial days of SES 8 testing by downgraded the channel correct if I am wrong.
May be. But they can easily add these channels in base pack itself, if bot of them agreed to all terms and conditions. Hope they will do it. Even 40 also, this will be a good deal.
