Because Railway is pathetic and unhygienic.

These idiots sucked my Rs 900 few minutes back.

When i chose option for mandatory one lower berth, they gave me Side Lower and Side Upper. and when i chose nothing they gave me both lower

Similarly, i cancelled 3 tickets because of Side lower and Side Upper. Then again tried to book with no choice and these arsehols gave me same berth again which i just cancelled.

That's the reason whenever you try to book tickets now a days its always available. Bookings has been reduced and people have started staying where they are and not travelling.
