I do not understand that when I watch it directly on primevideo.com quality is not so good even tough I have set video quality to best. Yet when webrip is available for download from torrents is of much better quality. I think their source is amazon as well. So why there is a difference?

It may be due to the bitrate and frame rate. Maybe the torrent rips might be software upscaled
