Pakistan serves beef to Nepal earthquake survivors

Nepal has hit a natural calamity. People are helpless and don't have any choice and are relying on others to survive. In that scenario you would like people to eat beef and read Bible? Imposing religion on someone who is helpless is inhuman. Secondly, India is democratic and has people from other religions. Nepal is the only Hindu country in the world, beef is banned since ages there. What came into mind of Pakistan that they sent beef to these helpless people ? If they don't have food, they shouldn't have sent. China also has sent relief packages, and people in China also eat various sort of meat, including beef, why didn't they send packed beef ??
