Will we be able to leave peacefully after giving Kashmir to Pakistan ?

Don't know why it took 41 years to settle the issue.....
But its not prudent for India to lose 10000 acres of land & getting back only around 550 acres....
Any other country in place of India would have made Eastern Pakistan part of India to be called then as East Bengal....
Atleast boundary issues should have been settled at the time of war only.....It would have prevented illegal entry of more than 1 Cr Bangaladeshis....
