agree on Railway revenue should be increased somehow.But finally it goes to government.

Regarding Local ticket's agenda, 1st of all they should set up Local train n/w and connect all Metro-Cities(all IT hub)of India TO surrounded small developed cities(mainly districts) having shorter distance around from that Metro city.(will rectify locality migration to certain extent n avoid crowd to particular city n regulate the pressure on administrative services)
And also setup metro in all major cities of India.
Also Proportional facilities in long distance trians,safety precautions-majors too.....bla bla

Then we can think of increasing rates all over by certain %in Indian Railway sector.
