This problem is due to mso of your area.your mso has to increase the speed to get these channels.i had that problem here

Earlier when I told LCO about the issue, he told it will be fixed in some days. I asked him again after so these many days, he is saying " upar se band hai (service is closed from the source only)"
What should I do now..? more than 15 hd channels are not working.

As i said before mso has to increase the speed otherwise thse new hd channels will not come

I had the same issue but i called my lco and GTPL officer frequently so they solved the issue
