Which satellite receiver are you using to view "RU TV"
Do you also receive "RTR Planeta" .. this is another FTA channel in russian language ?
I am not able to tune in to this channel (RTR Planeta) via my 'Solid 9300 HDS2 MPEG-4 1080p PVR Satellite Receiver Set-Top Box'
Not sure what the issue is as i can watch other FTAs from the same satellite (Asiasat 5) like RaiItalia, NTV Mir, Spanish channels etc
Would you know if anyone can help ?Let me know if you need any additional details

Channel you want is available on Tp 3860 H 30000, 1stly check that signal is coming for that Tp or not.

Yes, thats the problem i guess, when i scan TP 3860 H 30000 on AsiaSat, the signal strength is almost zero .... what do i need to do to get the signal on this TP.. ?

You need to fine tune your Dish or lnb to get the signal of that Tp.
