If they didnt replace Power adapter, Remote then i will not accept the replacement. even i have the voice recorded n my Mobile while talking. they assured of replacing all 3.

But Sir, what about the scheduled time given for replacement?

1st was yesterday 4/30 pm . another is today 1 pm . Due to mis communications between 2 office it was stuck in Mangalore , i taked with Mangalore office guy then he transferred to local office. so it was postponed.
I am living in rural area ,so it takes time as Technicians has to travell 25 kms.
