I Know I Am Choosing Wrong Thread: Cos This Got Thread Open For Me

Forum For Me Has Become DEAD Slow.. If I Refresh For New Contents It Does Not Load [Blank Page] and Frequent Refreshing Gives Main Page..

And If I Open Any Thread, It Loads For 2 to 3 Mins and Then Blank Page and Refresh Goes To Main Page...
