You can do one thing.You can buy a 5.1 or 7.1 decoder and add it with your existing HT.But I think this decoder price will be 7K plus.But I dont have personal experience about decoders so dont know how they will work.

you can get moderate quality decoder at 4 k.

4K + 4K ....hmmm...then i could go ahead and buy a coxial cable HT...for 12K which i had inquired yesterday...

I recommend you to stay away from Philips product as it shut down the home entertainment. you could buy onkyo or Bose.
