So, Is Universal remote available on Dish TV or not ?

At the time of upgradation, tech had normal remote with him, so I called CC to check & confirm about remote.
At that time, they asked for 300rs to get universal. I was ok with normal so didn't spend 300rs.

I don't think Universal Remote available and I don't know dishtv mention Universal Remote to which one. Better to stay away with such if wants to live hassle free life. I am not suggesting any one to go towards dishtv specially those who used TS and d2h and if wants to move then moved on your own risk.

yes there is no point to move just because of universal remote. Better to insist for remote replacement if not working properly.
