Discussion Planning to move to Tata Sky from D2h

Hello Guys

One one information required in regards to the new TS connection.
- I haven't got the unit installed yet. I have payed for the connection on Monday (7th) How many days will it take for installation usually?
- Is there any escalation email apart form the general email ([email protected] & [email protected])

I'm also planning to switch to Tata sky from videocon d2h for better quality & more number of hd channels , I don't mind paying extra monthly fee bcoz I don't see videocon launching any new hd channels while Tata has been adding up hd channels pretty regularly
