HELP Please Suggest a RO and UV Water Purifier

I got one a yr back from a local RO provider. Machine works well. The guy comes for service every month without a single call. Cost 9K and amc is for 1400 which includes 3 candle changes and 1 sediment change.

Did he replaced the candles on existing ones or installed the entirely new ?

One thing is that my cousin sister has one local Company purifier that is also good which purifies the hard water to soft water as well as removes salt.

But how you assure yourself that purification is happening completely. Also i have a doubt whether all Local RO providers are such good and professional.

Best indicator is the TDS level. Check what's going and what's coming out.

Didn't get what you trying to ask. There is one candle, 1 sediment, 1 charcoal and 1 membrane.
So candle is replaced 3 times and sediment and charcoal once. Every month service.

Bro purification and softening of water are 2 different things. RO doesn't soften the water. For that you need a softener.
What you are talking about is a water softener. Hardness in water is majorly due to calcium and magnesium.
