This is what the Pak politicians, media have to say. Its a lie. All 5 nations (India, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Srilanka and Afghanistan) have boycotted the SAARC Summit in Islamabad and they have conveyed their views to Pak.

Yeah. These are Pakistan words. They are saying honey coated words so that SAARC Summit doesn't get failed because if it fails this time it will fail again and Pakistan will be responsible for this. So they are now making such luring statements on the instuction of Uncle Sam.
