HELP Preferred DTH for my new LG 42" 3D LED TV

Hi Friends,

As Many of you know that I am right now using Airtel HD in my present home with Samsung LCD 32" TV. The Pic clarity is awesome. Right now I have purchased LG 42" 3D LED TV, which I will use after this April.

Since I know end to end about ADTV HD, I would like to know about D2H. I will take HD DVR with 500 GB space in D2H (If I chose to take D2H). I would like to have details on the below things.

• What's the size of the Dish in D2H HD recorder? 60 or 90 cms. I am from Chennai.
• How is the pic clarity for SD & HD channels compared with ADTV HD. Mainly for SD channels.
• What would be the maximum package rate for south package, inclusing all channels.
• How is the service?
• Any tips before going to D2H.

As i read the forums from years please dont go for D2H HD DVR any time. PQ is not upto the mark in 42 " TVs compared to ADTV, TS HD as given feed back from users . As u have ADTV i say go for TATA SKY HD DVR without any hesitation.

Thanks for the suggestion Mr. Bhat. But I had horrible experience with TS HD 2 years back. Also this ADTV, which I am using will be in my present home. After marriage I will move to another house.

As far as i have experianced every thing is fine in TS HD. U an opt for Dish TV TruHD too . The HD PQ is very good but u have to pay more to watch them ,but u know their package options. if u r ok with the packages then its a good choice sure for HD Channels..

Well I would personally support TS HD DVR or ADTV HD DVR on PQ. D2h DVR is really pathetic in software and hardware. D2H really falls back on the hardware and software. Personally I have gud experience with TS so would suggest with the same. Im currently using d2h HD and everyday it shows no signal and then when STB is restarted the signal comes back. Horrible hardware.

Broo i think u should not go for d2h HD dvr because its Hardware quality is pathetic and PQ in comparison with adtv is low in SD n HD channels.

As far as pricing is concern yes its true that d2h have far better packages then TS and Adtv.

But when we go for PQ quality and customer services TS is the best and its Hardware quality is best from all other DTHs.D2h have more HD channels but when PQ and services will come TS will beat d2h

So better go with TS HD DVR

I Think people r taking big size HD TV to get the quality rather than quantity. in that D2H HD is behind others sure. well if any one goes for price, quantity then d2h is the leading provider.

brothet tata is best ,if you are interest to watch tamil sd channels in good pq go for adtv,because kalignar group channels not good pq in tata sky compare to airtel,but if you go for all sd you can choose tata or airtel.

I am also using D2h HDDVR, I won't recommend to take it as its software is bad and u won't enjoy watching channels in it. I think Airtel HDDVR good as I experienced it.
