If u want to see more channels den go for D2h HD. Otherwise no.Thanks friends

Good Decision. Look for alternative. Hopefully Digital Cable in your area would be more economical and providing more channels.

Exactly. But Even though I having d2h DVR i am highly dissatisfied with them. Their DVR is a piece of crap. Service is again pathetic and only engineers on field are sensible. Call Centre is horrific.
So many channels are useless to me due to lack of service. I can't record via web or mobile which is available in Tata Sky and many a times miss lot of useful programs. Even scheduling recordings via STB fails many a times in d2h.
And all those who are using HD box are suffering from bluish tint issue.

But some experts have nothing in their so called expert brain and feel they know every thing in the World. Actually they r spreading rumours about their favourite DTH Blindly . U Can read the real feedbacks from all users and those world class experts r not brave to accept the reality.

Just because some childish people are getting continuous attention doesn't prove that d2h is better than anyother DTH.
If you reply such bull crap mail to any DTH, they will surely reply. and I can understand which expert you are talking about. Inspite of him acknowledging that d2h STB is crappy , firmware is sluggish, he still believes that d2h is best and promoting to all forums and when some one confronts him, he start talking ill and land into a BAN like he was banned here.
We have several testimonials from actual users and no one is happy with d2h. d2h is like mirage which looks very nice from far, but when you own it then only you understand that its the most awkward dth provider and does not have eben sensibility to compete with other service providers in terms of technology.

As i feel HD DTH is not only for quantity of HD Channels. A DTH User buy a Costly HD TV to experiance the best PQ and atleast good AQ . Yes he needs many HD channels but surely he will thinks of his favourite channels. there is no limit for a human demands. No one is watching all those channels. if so he will opt for Mega packs . DTH ops has to provide as much as good channels and get good feedback to allow to run those channels for long durations. Every DTH will have many HD Channels one day but the whole performance will give them a edge on others.
