Why r they wasting Ku band tp's on satellites like GSat 8 and GSat 10
Total wastage of money and then they say that there is shortage

Nobody understands how ISRO and Antrix works. Also this open Sky policy is being talked from many years and nothing has happened till now and nothing will happen in future as well

Very true the max the government will invite DTH operators and show the sky above them and say that this is what they meant 'Open Sky'
