HELP Purchasing a new DTH

i have been using D2H since past 2 year did not find any hardship with the product, i have always got excellent customer service barring few instances. Actually i called up cc only 5 to 6 times. Cost and package most economical, best hardware as my I have not faced any issue with my STB yet. Best sound and PQ and fastest in channel addition without any extra charges. Were as TS is costly hardly have channel to offer and subscribers are wondering about the faith of this operator as G sat buzz is going on since past 1.5 years but still no actual result. And even if TS add new HD channel and say they offer what D2H is offering today they would not charge any thing less than Rs. 700/- or more.
My view go for D2H as they are giving good entry offer with 2 month free viewership plus 6 month free D2H premium movies + vouchers .. go for it

I have used Dish TV,ADTV and now D2h.SD PQ is almost similar in ADTV and D2h.Bad in Dish TV.HD PQ is equal in ADTV and D2h and good in Dish TV.

Only good thing in D2h which is I like most is channels availability both (SD and HD) that too in economical prices.I concern only these things.SW ,HW I dont have much concern about them.So if u want what I want..then U may go to D2h.

Well i have used Dish TV [from 2004 few days after its launch and used for about 7 years], RDTV, Tatasky SD , Another Dish TV SD, Sun Direct [twice purchased] And Tatasky HD.
About Hardware >
Dish TV [old ZENEGA 1002S] > till today didnt opend even screws.
Tatasky SD STB is too very good and still no complaints till today[More than 5 years]
Sun Direct SD is also no issues till today .
Tatasky HD STB has been changed once and they replaced me a new one.
RDTV STB > the most troubled STB i have used. New STB [Type2] been changed after 1 week of buying and they replaced with old repaired [Type1] . few weeks back that bcome faulty and thrown it away [by my friend, i gave him my older Sun Direct connection].
SD PQ in SD STB > RDTV TV 1st . Sun Direct matching with RDTV.
SD PQ in Tatasky HD STB is the best i found .
HD PQ > Dish TruHD [HD ,seen in Shops]and Tatasky HD.

Package >
Presently on channel counts D2H . On my favourite channels > Tatasky.
Actually i am not at all intrested in counts so i will not compare them. I am getting all my favourite channels in Tatasky cheaper than Other DTH.

Finally On CC>
Tatasky is the Best for me and as my personal experiance. Now Sun Direct also very good although didnt faced much issues.
Choose ur desired channels and take the best available DTH which have those channels. .
U have to choose the desired channels u want to have in ur DTH .

Mine D2h connection experience started with bitter experience. The person got SD instead of HD then he got back in the evening with HD box but after actication it shows smart card is not paired with the box. They requested with card refresh but it didnot wrk I have to call the cc to report the same. he has taken down mine request and told it will be resolved soon but god knowz when :(

Then don't waste your time buddy. Call this Number : 022-42000555 and bash them. This is the helpline number of Online Sales.

If they don't co-operate, post a message on their FaceBook Page . CC is too sluggish to rely upon.

Well Bhai any idea hw we fix this error. I called up the agency who did the installation he assured me that he would personally do it tomorrow at 10:00 am in the morning
