HELP Query on Tata Sky MDU

I think for a 1+4 floor building , 10-12 connections is sufficient.

In 35 flats (2 buildings) 1 building 16 flats thats is 4 flats in one floor.

10-12 are DTH users like TS and Airtel, while rest are Digital Cable.

Now not all may be wanting to change .....So thats why 10-12 i have taken as people who may want to change.

ALso i heard that servicing is free if we are in MDU connection. Is this true

What other benifits do one get in MDU

I am not sure whether servicing is free for MDU because i am on Mega HD and its free for me anywhere. But if there is some fault in MDU backbone then its must be free and if something is problematic within your premises then it will be chargeable

In the website itself he will send a site engineer too to check how fit connection & complexity without higher authority talk you can't have this MDU.

On Their homepage bottom right there us an option for call back. Try that. Don;t waste your time calling them. Let them call you back.

Did that today morning. He said he didnt have much info and he said to call 1860 208 6633. Is this no also toll free ???

Yeah, any issues will be related to signal. As the STB are of good quality, it wont have any issues fast unless u use it roughly
