No never...it has a new bug:And I thought 2233 is bug free
In some channels there comes small black bar on either of the four side ...which i think was not a problem in old boxes...and channel logos looks small than original one...can't understand what type of video setting is there in this STB

That's pathetic man. They can't produce one single bug free box and were planning to seed boxes to MSOs
Logos looks small is fact. It is visible difference.
First i was using black 2011 box and when i replace with 2233 and saw channels then logos of HD channels were looking too small than what they were looking in 2011 Box.

Most of MSO's stb are better than d2h.
I have checked the boxes of DEN, GTPL and they are definitely better than d2h

I don't think MSOs will opt Videocon boxes. They already have partnered with better companies and product.

Regarding this new remote I think if they bring down the price to Rs 1000, they might get more buyers.
Since its a need specific product, so it will remain limited to selected users only.
And as far as I know all here love big TV and loud Dolby sounds, so this product is not for us.

One problem of small black strip that i want to confirm that is it really a problem of 2233 box? Or channel itself comes like this frm broadcaster end..

I'm uploading a snap of SONY SIX HD in which just a tiny black strip comes in upper side of TV... It is little bit difficult to identify from snap...but still i'm posting a snap, check it guys and compare SIX HD channel in ur TV with other than 2233 box (TS, airtel dish any box) and help to identify whether it is a bug or not

what is the size of your TV?
