in my d2h 2222 stb box, I don't face such issues and it might be due to loss of info or no info hence black screen.

I think they made 2233 as the most buggiest stb thats why they might have released 2244...we don't know abt this stb because they don't publish it...but some new coustomer might be having this.

Also cost include cable, dongle and earphone too.

I think, yes, uniqueness is the key...any innovation is welcome...similarly I appreciate 1TB HDD by d2h...just think when there were all sd channels, if 500GB was required, how come with so many hd channels, same 500gb will suffice...but there is no real concern from other dth in this regard...
