Manned, here is no unmanned crossing and unmanned is not even considered as a crossing, I saw few like this while traveling.

My area's crossing is not busy as that one it is near to and last crossing before we ends to the Station. So because of less free platform all Trains slow up their speed and it increases the time of a stoppage they immediately close crossing when my areas crossing got signal. Bridge was supposed to build but because of Defence interference it didn't completed, 50% already done years ago and now its resumed back let's see how long it takes
