if 1/4 even had been addressed and fixed-rectified immediately out the responded queries of customer's, That would have been rated as shiny milestone and by then they all would deserve to be counted among the popular mass of people's class.

Yeah, I have seen some testimonials from customer on d2h facebook page wherein they have been replied ans issue sorted out with direct intervention from their CEO.
Regarding Tata Sky, even i have recieved a reply from Mr. Harit Nagpal.

We dont need to worry because if we seen history then who is president of dth operator association, it is in big trouble. Things are not goes well for that company. Whenever there will be a profit, all companies agree to follow advice of association but in difficult sitatuation, no one will to follow.
