Yeah but real unfortunate that it didn't become popular because of less and inferior handsets in India.

Now a days dual cdma & gsm combo handsets are available and some universal handsets are also available in US market which provides all the bands gsm/wcdma/cdma/4G on a single slot mobiles

That can been easily done but unfortunately Reliance CDMA is already closing its CDMA services and migrating everyone on RJio 4G.
