For HD users silver pack is compulsory as base pack and cant opt for lower pack.Then how came justinemathew is claiming 245 pack as lowest one

Value, Value Sports, Bronze, Bronze Sports and Silver packs are not available as subscription packs with HD or HD DVR subscribers.
Silver Pack & related offers are available only in Non South States.
So for me, the base pack is going to be Gold Pack with Rs.335/-

Compulsion system for HD customer in RDTV is right from begining as I am HD customer of RDTV from 10.09.2010 and observing this system since I opt HD connection.

Just now I talked to CC and they are in the Process of updating the packs from 17th Apr 2013 on wards and for HD/HD DVR Customers in South, the base Pack is going to be Silver Sports Pack (Rs.285/-per month) with additional 6 Sports channels(ESPN and Ten).
