Receiver powers off when changing channels

dear all,

i have a hd settop box of dish tv for about 8 months and since last week i am facing issues

dish HD+ with recorder receiver new model

now when i change channels on my remote control suddenly the receiver powers off completely
i mean the green power light goes off

i have to put off my main power and put it on again and then the receiver will come on.

i tried to erase and update epg with went through fine i even took receiver to my neighbors house to test but same problem . also tried with another remote
but still problem persists

appreciate your advice and help if some facing similar issue

thanks very much.
yes the red button goes off completely. even pressing the on/off button or the remote power button does nothing. it goes completely off
the only way is power off the mains and power on and then it comes to the default channel that is 96 . after you try to change channel no for example 105 or 620 or other it just powers off
