Normally international boxes doesn't need to verify mobile number.
Yes it required when do registration but that is for some formalities.
They don't care about it.
Since your account as international so no mob or email showing in my site.
If you give me a 3-5 days time i will try to get both of that but i am not sure.

Brother i just tried to do recharge for your vc on dishtv.in site.
it is working fine for me.
yes it is asking to enter mob no and email, i entered fake mob no and email but no problem for me.
it allowed me to enter next page and until last page too.
by the way i have found that you recharged using several (more than 10) credit cards passed years.
but it works for me

Ajai bro i tried myself on the dishtv.in website but the page doesn't move forward. Its stuck on this page: 
And about the 10 different credit cards i am not sure as i used to recharge from the dealer and have no idea how they did it. This is my first attempt to recharge through my friend.

Haha no bro that was for screenshot purpose only. I tried multiple times with the correct one too still stuck in that page. i press recharge now but it stays on that page without any error.
