HELP Recording facility

I register complaint to Videocon that my box had some recording problem. The Engineer came to home and started format my 16gb USB he format for half an hour but it doesn't formatted.Then he took his 8gb USB but it formatted.Then I took my USB and go to format but it didn't formatted.Engineer told me that it become complaint when I connect to my pc it is working.Why my pendrive didn't formatted.Please help me my dear Vadi Bro

Yes, they tell that it is not the complaint of stb that the complaint of your usb.

If you exchange my box they give new box or old box.Is they gave another model or the same model.I didn't like 6666RF because after some year may be internet will be available.The 6666RF box didn't have internet port but 3333RF and 2244RF have that port.

I also used my uncle's 16GB USB.It is also didn't working.

next time ask the eng to bring his own working USB for verifying.

Yes he bring the Toshiba 8GB USB it is working.I am using 3333RF
