When Engineer come to my home he tell that it is not the stb's complaint it is only your USB's complaint..Then I call to my friend he also using Videocon hd but his box is quite different from my box his box is 2244RF and my box is 3333RF he also subscribe to unlimited recording but his 16GB is working.He tells that it is not your STB's complaint but that is your STB's OS version is old.He tells that is the reasons.Is it true.Please help me bros.

Maybe try for software upgrade and see or buy one brand new USB and check .

I have a 8GB USB it is formatted but the 16GB and 32GB doesn't become format till this time. Then I communicate to Engineer he told that he will change the software today evening or tomorrow morning. If he change my STB's problem
