HELP Recording issue

Whenever i try to record anything it starts but after after some time it shows this error and i have to stop the recording to remove this error:time and date synchronises from the server,please help me

Your STB firmware seems to be outdated. It needs upgradation. bro.

Do u keep ur stb switched off from mains at night. If yes, then don't do that as many times Videocon sends commands and does changes from back end at night. If ur stb is off then when switched on it will take time to synchronize and adapt to new settings/commands.

Always keep ur stb is stand by mode

Power recycle needs and it is ok to switch off at night and in the morning, give a 30 mins time incase for any download or upgrades.

I would suggest you to get it upgraded and resolved from d2h officials.

I also facing the same problem...my download Id already 25... Can I factory reset? Will all TP auto created if I pu plug the satellite cable?

Factory reset should work but only if software is upgraded to latest.

Nothing will work. Videocon has slow software and if any command is sent from back end or any changes r done then stb takes half hour to one hout to absorb ane apply changes.

Keep stb in stand by always to avoid such issues
