Friend Get Friend Program (FGF) Terms and Conditions:
The Program During digitization, where it is mandatory to have a digital set top box to watch TV, refer your friends a Tata Sky connection & both of you get a bonus credit of Rs 200 free in your account.
How to refer Tata Sky to your friend?
1. If you are an existing active subscriber, SMS ‘FGF’ to 56633 from your RMN. Please check with your telecom service provider for the rates applicable. Tata Sky shall in no way be
responsible to reimburse the sms charges.
2. While doing so, your account status should be ‘Active’. For the purposes of this program ‘Active ‘ shall mean a Tata Sky subscriber with a positive account balance ( an account
balance of zero or more).
3. For each ‘FGF’ SMS, you will get two SMSes, each SMS has one unique FGF code which you can share with the friend you wish to refer.
4. The expiry date for all FGF codes is 30 April 2013.
Where can a friend buy Tata Sky From?
1. Any friend referred by an existing active Tata Sky subscriber can buy Tata Sky from any channel viz. Trade/Helpline CC-COD/Website. i.e. your friend can buy from a dealer or by calling the Tata Sky Helpline or buy purchasing online from the Tata Sky website.
How to avail Rs 200 bonus credit?
1. On activation of Tata Sky services at your friend’s premises, your friend has to send the unique FGF code to 56633.
2. On receipt of this code, we will post a bonus credit of Rs 200 in your and your friend’s account 3. Once your friend becomes an active Tata Sky subscriber, he can also refer
another person and avail this offer, until such time that this offer program is active.
General Terms and conditions
1. The Tata Sky subscriber referring Tata Sky to his/her acquaintance is called a ‘Referrer’.
2. All Active Residential Regular subs of Tata Sky are eligible Referrers.
3. Account status of Tata Sky subscriber should be ‘Active’ while referring Tata Sky to a friend
4. Every subscriber can refer only 2 friends
5. Each unique FGF code can be used only once to avail the bonus credit of Rs 200 Tata
Sky reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these terms
and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part the Offer or to withdraw it completely.
6. By availing the Offer, You hereby agree to comply with these terms and conditions
and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms and conditions. You agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless, Tata Sky and its respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of its respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders and
employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from your or any third party’s use (or misuse) of the Offer.
7. You acknowledge and agree that all disputes in relation to the Offer shall be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
8. These terms and conditions are in addition to the Terms & Conditions of the Subscription Contract and if there are any inconsistencies between the two, the terms of the Subscription Contract shall be binding. These terms and conditions shall not constitute a modification or waiver of any other provision of the Subscription Contract. Terms used herein but not defined shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in the Subscription Contract.
9. Tata Sky reserves the right to withdraw this program before it ends, at its own discretion and without assigning any reasons for the same.
