I m from Bangladesh, I work for all kind of Indian DTH Recharge Business in here in Bangladesh. Here a lot user uses Zing Digital as it costs lower price, But with Zing Digital I m facing some problems. As all of u know Zing website don’t have Registration features in their website even they don’t change the base pack or remove any a-la-carte via e-mail.
Earlier I used to access www.dishtvbizz.in with a trade partner id & with that id I can change base packs of zing but somehow that account got locked & I got a new id but in the new id whenever I try to downgrade the base pack it shows me “Dealers are not allowed to use this link.”
Can anyone plz help me to get a new dishtvbiz id so can I use it as earlier as before. Because of this problem I m loosing many customers everyday. So if possible plz help me. U can contact me in personal conversation.
