HD box is now available for old customers whose hd box got problems contine signal lost or smart card pairing error etc.. can replace it with hd box only for rs:-400

i have reliance digital tv HD set-top box. from yesterday i am not able to change channel neither from remote nor from set-top box itself.

i tried to reset it using remote..after reset i was able to change channel but as soon as i restart set-top box same problem occurs again..anyone facing same problem.

 

[Technoglitch]

STB is dead as you are not able to change channels and call technician for repairing
