Step 1 Switch on the Set Top Box
Step 2 Press "R" Key from the Set-Top-Box (STB) remote control to launch My Services
Step 3 If you are unable to view your Updated RDTV Account Details like Account Balance, Active Pack Details, Subscribed Channels & Payment History. Refresh your RDTV Account Details by sending a SMS from your Registered Telephone Number (RTN), simply Type MySer & send to 730333 5370.
If sent from non RTN, Type MySer <space> 12 Digit Smart Card Number and send to 73033 53730.
E.g. MySer 200601354664
Step 4 Exit and press "R" Key from the Set-Top-Box (STB) remote control to launch My Services
Check BalanceNow you can check your RDTV Account Balance by sending a SMS simply Type BAL <space> 12 digit Smart Card Number to 73033 53730.
