No. Reliance already has IPTV which is flop. In India IPTV is a failed Idea. Jio plans to launch pan india MSO which will provide 160+ SD channels and 15+ HD channels. The STB will be a android OS powered by Google. Also they plan broadband on cable via STB.

Still this doesn't sound interesting.

Where this details mention? Jio is entering in market with big planning and they have big cash backup.

Its available on the internet bro, I found it online. IPTV is a failed version as triple play which they mention is a distant dream that wont come true.
BSNL says the same, the moment u get a phone call and u pick it up, ur internet connection gets lost, no network.

If big heavyweights like Ambani joined the MSO community, cable industry will no longer be call as "Local Mans Entertainment"

But the channel changing speed and UI and STB hardware and Software is pathetic, I read some review on internet.

But guys do u feel that IPTV in future can be better and more advanced then Digital cable and DTH ??

absolutely bro, if IPTV is successful then those drawbacks can be overcome and everything is not perfect in the beginning.
