Why handsets cannot support both sim at 4g mode at a time?
What's the problem of handset companies?
Except jio... No one provide call facilities through 4G network then how can both sim will be on 4G....

If first sim (Jio) is on LTE mode then 2nd will be on 2G or 3G.... Bcoz airte idea etc dont have VoLTE facility

I think it's a limitation of Handsets,

BSNL as of now not having 4G so if we enable 2G/3G mode, 4G should remain available of Jio but they got disable.

I remember very initial sets of 3G which came with Dual Sims also have 3G in 1st slot & 2G only in 2nd one.

OK
Then why other telecom operators like airtel, idea not starting call on data?
VOLTE facility is must now.

Why should customer recharge for data, talk time, rate cutter, SMS pack, roaming pack for separately?
Why change is not being accepted by these other companies?
