I applied for cancellation of one connection which they didn't cancelled and generated bill for it. Now they are neither resolving nor replying to my emails. Cowards.

Nope I am no more making payment and deregistered that number from autopay.

Waiting for their reminder or recovery call. After that I will file law suite against them and demand compensation too of required.

I also had horrible experience with Reliance......Infact I have made up my mind that there is always something fishy in RIL related matter.

Well don't always fall in trap of being less costly. Hathway offers 50 Mbps plan at Rs. 599 but their network and service is very bad,.Network breaks, many times speeds are low and service is poor whereas even though in Airtel landline i pay a little more but their service is very good, my connection never ever breaks so i am happy. We should always pay for good things but yes by that i don't support over paying or over charging by service providers

even i had the same experience and sent me two notices and had umpteen fights with them until they told me it was their fault.

I have to fight this and get the outstanding cleared as unpaid telephone bills will hamper my CIBIL score. So, if my scores dips i am sure going to make them pay compensation.
