I remember ztamil was testing on rdtv for quite some months and removed it without the addition.
so I got used to it. adithya TV was added on diwali in test mode and channel started on new year in rdtv too. this is the real patience seeing the test channels for 6 months and one removed on test period in rdtv.

D2H Tested Zee Studio HD Around 2 Months Between June-2012 To July-2012,

Then They Have Removed It From Their Tp!

Then Added It On End Of August 2012 (I Think 30th Aug),

So Sometimes D2H Takes Bit Long Time To Add HD Channels From Testing Mode
