All I wanted to know (from similar experiences) that is it Mandatory to Return the Dish Antenna/LNB if one discontinues Tata Sky (not any other DTH provider)?

As per the rules, they can take away the equipment. But, if you don't inform them that you want to cancel the connection, then TS will not come and take your Dish/STB
