I agree d2h has better customer care service. But they don't have quality hardware, software , audio and video.

If you are happy with what d2h is offering there is no point of debate. You don't need those channels doesn't mean others don't need it, bro.
If d2h is good enough for you, let it be good for you. But you shouldn't crown it the best. Tata Sky is expensive for some reason, that's the quality of content they deliver. Cheap is not the best.
I don't find any difference in HD chanenls compared to d2h. But SD channels on Tata Sky is a waaaay better than d2h. Audio quality of d2h is not even comparable with Tata Sky.
