News Rs.251 Smartphone launched

Looks like a big scam to me.
What profit is the company going to net by selling a smartphone at rs 251? Especially when the cost of materials for making a phone with those specs is around rs 2000!
And how exactly are they going to cut costs of materials by selling the phone online?
And how are the people who actually need this kind of a phone going to go through the process of booking it online when most of them don't even have internet access?
These are just some of the questions I encountered when I heard of this news and so I didn't even bother visiting their website!

I have booked but won't buy as it looks infeasible to me now. The company don't have a factory to manufacture. Everything is just on paper and they started collecting money from the users.
