America and Europe is still depending on India for work force. Their operations are run by Indian brains. You can term it as slavery too.
If they switch off the traffic lights they can't drive correctly. Unlike India we drive even if the lights are off. In other words they are mechanical and we are practical.

Why we need America to compare it then.
