But i think isro is not under I and B ministry. Isro work under the department of space means this department control isro's all activity. Welcome To ISRO :: Centres :: Bangalore :: Department of Space and ISRO HQ

I want to know about the satellite GSAT-10, which was launched in September 2012, with a cost of 750 crores of public money .

This satellite was launched around 1 year back , but till now it was not get operational .

i want to know whether this satellite will be operational or it was failed .
