Update sada channel removed from airtel dth

it was a sister channel of cneb , cneb was flop so it relaunched as hamaar tv and is nowhere. this sads ch was also a flop and was only there on airtel bcoz they pais carriage fee

im bhai as active music hd is d2h's own channel so as per govt rules d2h does not need to tell customers abt its removal. but to b true they should have done it

Dino bhai, As per Govt ground d2h is doing hell lot of nonsense. I will definitely mark a mail to TRAI regarding that once i have compiled all their wrong doings.

But here I am talking about moral ground, Customer service related ground. Don't we as a customer deserve the moral as well as humble rights to know about any channel addition or deletion. Expect we handful of internet users, remaining all are in confused and unaware about removal of channels.

Even d2h don't bother to inform addition of channels. Only those who remain active on forums and facebook knows about the addition. Others get it as surprise while surfing on one fine day.

in this term tata sky is very good, they sens mailers for each addition as well as if u recharge, drop or add a pack
